Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Heavenly LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit heavenlybodieshealing.com (the “Site”) or book services with us. This Policy covers the Site only; confidentiality of information you share during coaching sessions is addressed separately in our Client Services Agreement.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Contact information (name, email, phone) submitted through contact or booking forms;

• Scheduling information submitted through our scheduling tool (Calendly), and payment information submitted through our payment processor (Stripe) at the time of booking;

• Email address, if you subscribe to our mailing list.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (via Squarespace) to operate the Site and understand how visitors use it (e.g., pages viewed, browser type, general location). You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner on the Site.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule sessions;

• To send appointment confirmations and reminders;

• To send newsletter or marketing emails, if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time);

• To maintain and improve the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. This is different from sharing information with the service providers described in Section 3 below (such as Calendly, Stripe, and Zoom), which is necessary to deliver our services to you. Those providers do not purchase your information from us; they process it under their own privacy policies and terms, which generally restrict them to using it to provide their services and related business operations, rather than selling it. We encourage you to review each provider's policy directly for the specifics of how they use information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform its function, and each operates under its own privacy policy and terms, which we encourage you to review:

• Squarespace — website hosting and, if enabled, site analytics and cookie consent management.

• Calendly — appointment scheduling. Booking a session shares your name, email, and selected appointment type with Calendly. Sessions are listed generically by service type (e.g., “1:1 Session”) rather than by specific topic. For sliding-scale sessions, your full name will appear in the booking title for Practitioner's internal tracking purposes; we ask that you not include sensitive health information in booking notes. Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed through Stripe (see below) before a session is confirmed.

• Stripe — payment processing, integrated with Calendly. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information directly; we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

• Zoom — encrypted video conferencing for virtual communications. Joining a Zoom session shares your name and connection information with Zoom. Sessions are not recorded by default. If a recording is made at your request, it is saved locally rather than stored in Zoom’s cloud, then transferred to an encrypted Proton Drive folder shared only with you, with the local copy then deleted from Practitioner’s device.

• Proton Mail / Proton Drive — end-to-end encrypted email and file storage, used for client communications and for sharing any session recordings made at your request. Proton operates under its own privacy policy and Swiss data protection framework, which we encourage you to review separately.

Important: These third-party providers are not bound by our Client Services Agreement's confidentiality terms. We minimize what we share with them, but we do not control their data practices, security, or retention policies. Please review each provider's own privacy policy for details.

4. Cookies

The Site presents a cookie consent banner immediately upon entry, allowing you to decline non-essential cookies before continuing to browse. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings link on the Site, typically found in the footer.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact and scheduling information for as long as needed to provide services and maintain business records, and mailing list information until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at heavenlybodieshealing@proton.me, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

6. Your Choices

• You may decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner;

• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email;

• You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
