Welcome to heavenlybodieshealing.com (the “Site”), operated by Heavenly LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern use of the Site itself. Your actual coaching services are governed by a separate Client Services Agreement signed before any paid session.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides general information about our coaching, bodywork education, and herbal/somatic offerings. You may browse the Site and use its booking/contact features for their intended purpose. You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; (c) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or (d) interfere with the Site's normal operation.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice on the Site

Content on the Site — including blog posts, descriptions of services, social media content, and general herbal or somatic information — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician or mental health professional. Reading the Site does not create a coaching or client relationship; that relationship begins only upon execution of a separate Client Services Agreement. Coaching sessions are delivered virtually by video conference; Practitioner is not physically present with Client and cannot observe, supervise, or intervene in person.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and any coaching frameworks or herbal/somatic methodology described, is the property of Heavenly LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site is hosted on Squarespace and may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payment processing), Zoom (encrypted video sessions), and Proton Mail / Proton Drive (encrypted email and file sharing). These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control. Please review those policies directly before using such services. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what information may be shared with these providers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavenly LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.
